Hand made in the Yarra Valley using only the freshest goat’s milk, salt, cultures and rennet. We’ve kept in a little more moisture, so you can do the spreading. Lighter and brighter than butter and with that perfect citrus tang of goats cheese.
Eat with – Perfect on toasted fruit bread drizzled with your favourite honey or loaded onto a fresh bagel with some hot smoked salmon and fresh dill, move over cream cheese!
Drink with – A perfect accompaniment to fresh, crisp white wines or cold as ice wheat beers.
