Salted Honey Cow Cheese Board

serves: 4


  • 2x 120g Yarra Valley Cheese Salted Honey Cow Cheese
  • 2x types of Artisan crackers of your choice
  • 2-3 nectarines or peaches, stone removed and sliced into wedges
  • 1 large pear, thinly sliced
  • Handful blueberries
  • 5-10 strawberries
  • Handful toasted pistachio and walnuts or nuts of your choice
  • (Optional) Fresh honeycomb to serve


  • Unwrap the Yarra Valley Salted Honey Cow Cheese and smear over 1/4 of the board –
    or smear one and leave the other in its packet.
  • Assemble the crackers around the board.
  • Assemble the fresh fruit around the board.
  • Top the cheese with the honeycomb.
  • Sprinkle the board with the freshly toasted nuts.

    Your salted honey cow cheese would have to be up there for most delicious of all cheeses ever invented. Ive tried a few in my time and I come from Ferguson Valley home of dairy farming so, hats off to
